So my post yesterday was really about issues around aging. I realize as I head swiftly towards age fifty at the end of this year, that I’ve got some issues percolating about aging…so I’m gonna process them in the way I do, off and on, here and there, until I can integrate the joy of life these two share in this video:

Great, thought-provoking post! I think as we get older, we are all thinking about the aging processing (or trying not to think about it). I read somewhere the other day that when heroes are written they are usually young and handsome (and fit). What about older veterans? Some of them are still fit but just getting older? Very few movies and books feature the over 50 as heroes, but it is possible and I believe with age comes wisdom and more confidence, so aging has its benefits! I like the saying, ‘age gracefully.’ Take care!
